Naples Soap Company Graphics and Logo Usage Agreement

Acceptance of this Agreement is subject to the following terms:

  • The Naples Soap Company logo or the name “Naples Soap Company”, “NSC”, or any derivative thereof, may not be used for any commercial purpose without prior approval by Naples Soap Company.
  • Any use of the Naples Soap Company name, logo or graphics outside the United States is strictly prohibited.
  • Sales of Naples Soap Company products on any website other than the site approved by Naples Soap Company is strictly prohibited. Sites such as, but not limited to, Amazon, Jet, eBay, Alibaba, Rakutan, JD, Flipkart, Kaola, Snapdeal, etc.
  • Use of the Naples Soap Company name, product names or descriptions in any paid search marketing or advertising with any web browser and/or search engine is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of the Naples Soap Company name, logo, images, graphics, hashtags, or the name “Naples Soap Company” or “NSC” in any manner that may possibly disparage, bring into disrepute, or derogate the employees, customers, or wholesale representatives in connection with any products or services that, in the Naples Soap Company’s sole and absolute discretion, may possibly diminish or damage the goodwill of the Naples Soap Company name or including without limitation uses that could be deemed to be obscene, pornographic, sexual, or violent, or to encourage unlawful activities.
  • Altering the appearance of the Naples Soap Company name, product names, graphics, images, or logo is strictly prohibited. The Naples Soap Company logo must stand by itself to avoid unintended associations with any other objects, including, without limitation, type, photographs, illustrations, borders, and edges.
  • Use of the name, graphics, and logo as a feature or design element or incorporate it into any other service mark/logo is strictly prohibited.

NSC Colors:

The Naples Soap Company logo colors have been carefully chosen to reproduce consistently. You may not alter or change the colors in any way.

Use with Other Logos:

When placing the name, graphics, and logo near another logo, be sure to use a version close in size and aspect to that of the other logo. The service mark should be placed side by side and not one above the other.

Incorrect Use of the name, graphics, and logo:

The name, graphics, and logo may not be used as part of a design or be the subject of a wallpaper pattern. When using the name, graphics, and logo on a Web Site, it may not flash, blink, or change colors in any way; it may not be used as an icon or button, and it may not be animated.
